Christmas Party on December 13, 2023
Club members and guests enjoyed a delicious turkey dinner at St. Mark's Church Hall with entertainment by Casual Friday, Rob Boycott's band, accompanied by our own Sylvia Binkley on the piano. Santa, assisted by his elf, Ken O'Neill, distributed gifts of chocolate to club members.
Chair of Youth Programs, Kevin Moore, introduced Haylee Jolicouer to the club. Haylee will be our club's Outbound Youth Exchange Student. She will leave on her exchange next August when our club will welcome our Inbound Youth Exchange Student from another country for the start of his or her exchange. Haylee will find out which country that she will be going to in April. The Inbound Student will attend high school during their year-long exchange. The student will stay with three families over the year, so if your family or another family that you know is interested in being a host family, please speak to Kevin Moore or Ron Tuttle. Jan Boycott and Sandra Hicks will be the club counsellors for our Inbound Student.
